New Year Resolutions
I don't usually make resolutions - I've too much past experience of breaking them all by January 3rd to think that I have much chance of keeping them.
However, I have decided on a few journal and fandom based ones for this year:
To actually post rather than just lurk - there are parts of my professional real life that have to remain private, but that is no justification for not talking about travel, books and films.
And talking of travel, I'm making my first visit to the USA (from the UK)in April - visiting Boston, Washington and various points (yet to be decided) in between.
To interact with my friends list more - particularly by commenting on and recommending fan fiction (yes, I am feeling guilty about comments by various people at the low comment response to various ficfests in the last month or so - though, actually, my lack of comment is largely down to just how far behind I am on reading)
To learn some HTML at some point so I know how to post things like links neatly and maybe to customize this journal.
And that's quite enough for me to try and keep for now ...
